Return & Exchange Period:
You can return or exchange your products within 14 days from the delivery date. Within this period, returns and exchanges can be made provided the products are unused and their tags have not been removed. -
Non-Returnable Products:

Product Condition:
Returned products must be unused, clean, and sent with their original tags. The refund process will be initiated once we confirm that the product is unused and its tag has not been removed. -
Shipping Fees:
For returns, only the specified shipping company and return code should be used. For shipments that do not comply with these conditions, shipping costs incurred will be borne by the customer, and these fees will be deducted from the refund amount before the refund process is completed. -
