2. Non-Returnable Products:
   For hygiene reasons, items such as socks and underwear are not eligible for return. These types of products cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Product Condition:
   Returned products must be unused, clean, and sent with their original tags. The return process will be completed once we confirm that the product has not been used and its tag has not been removed.

4. Shipping Fees:
   For returns, only the specified shipping company and return code must be used. For shipments that do not comply with these conditions, shipping costs will be covered by the customer, and these fees will be deducted from the refund amount during the return process.

5. Return Process:
   Once returned products reach our warehouse, the refund will be processed to the payment card within an average of 3 business days. In case of any issues with the return process, you can contact our customer service.

6. Exchange Process:
   For products requested for exchange, a discount code equal to the amount spent will be provided. You can repurchase the desired product with this discount code.
